Zontik Names Donald L. Wilber Corporate Counsel

Colfax, IL, April 4, 2003 -- Zontik has named Donald L. Wilber as its new corporate counsel.

Mr. Wilber will work on strategic projects. He will be responsible for ensuring Zontik is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Among his other duties, he will review and monitor corporate policies and compliance programs.

Mr. Wilber is a graduate of Millikin University (B.A. 1961) and University of Illinois (J.D. 1963). Don is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the McLean County Bar Association and the Bloomington-Normal Chamber of Commerce. He is the senior partner and founder of the Wilber Law firm, P.C. He and his wife Mary live in Bloomington, Illinois.
